Service Usage

Roadeeto provides daily tiffin delivery services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. By placing an order, users agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details.

Payments

All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods. Pricing may vary by location or based on special meal plans.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and are subject to availability. Roadeeto reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to kitchen constraints or technical issues.

User Responsibilities

Ensure accurate delivery address and contact number.
Be available to receive the delivery during the selected time slot.
Report any issues within 1 hour of delivery for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Roadeeto shall not be liable for any food-related allergies or health issues arising after consumption. Users are advised to review ingredients before placing an order.

Roadeeto follows a strict No Refund After Delivery policy to maintain food quality and service hygiene.

Eligibility for Refunds

Cancellations made before the kitchen begins preparation are eligible for a full refund.
Once food preparation starts or the order is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

When Can You Cancel?

You may cancel an order only before kitchen preparation begins. Once preparation starts, cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Cancel?

Cancellations can be done through Customer support via call or chat.

Important Note

No cancellations will be accepted once the kitchen has started preparing your tiffin.

Roadeeto currently serves selected regions. Check availability using your pin code during checkout.

Delivery Time Slots

Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Dinner: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.

Missed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable or has provided an incorrect address, the tiffin will not be re-delivered and no refund will be issued.

Contactless Delivery

We encourage contactless delivery for safety. Please provide clear delivery instructions when placing your order.
